Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CarPriceIQ, you accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained here. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.

Description of Service

CarPriceIQ provides statistical pricing analysis based on dealer listings in your market. Our service:

  • Aggregates current dealer inventory from Marketcheck API
  • Applies regression modeling to estimate fair market value for a given make and model
  • Identifies vehicles priced below the statistical average ("deals")
  • Provides direct links to dealer listings

Valuation Disclaimer

CarPriceIQ reports are statistical estimates, not vehicle appraisals. Please understand:

  • Output is a mathematical prediction, not a guarantee or appraisal
  • This is not financial advice
  • Market conditions, dealer demand, and vehicle condition change daily
  • A "deal" at the time of analysis may not be a deal tomorrow
  • Always inspect any vehicle in person before making a purchasing decision

Pricing & Credits

Our pricing model works as follows:

  • Credits are purchased in bundles (1, 3, 10, or 15 reports per package)
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase
  • No refunds on purchased credits
  • Bad reports (R² below acceptable threshold) generate a full refund automatically — the report is free

Limitation of Liability

CarPriceIQ is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Any purchasing decisions you make based on our pricing analysis
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in dealer listings
  • Vehicle condition, history, or mechanical issues
  • Market shifts or pricing volatility
  • Third-party content or dealer actions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from CarPriceIQ
  • Resell our reports or raw pricing data
  • Use our service to train AI models or resell analysis
  • Use CarPriceIQ to harvest or extract dealer information systematically
  • Share your account credentials with others

Personal and commercial use for your own vehicle research is permitted.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we determine you are abusing the service, violating these terms, or using CarPriceIQ for unauthorized purposes. Termination is at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CarPriceIQ after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking back periodically.
